Registration
To register, schedule a trial lesson, or rent an instrument,
contact us via phone (617) 323 8818 or send an email
to info@artisanmusic.com and we will send you our registration
packet. The registration form, along with the $25 registration fee
must be returned to us before we can secure a lesson time slot.
To expedite the process, you may also download the appropriate forms
below, fill them out and mail them to us along with the registration
fee. Tuition payment is due before the second lesson. However, payment
installment plans are available for those interested.
Please note: the lesson rates on these forms are
for Artisan Learning Center students only. The fee structure may
vary at the different school, community center, and child-care center
locations based on partial funding that may have been provided by
a particular institution.
